S.E. Spencer is the Programs and Partnerships Associate at the Southeastern Council of Foundations. In this role, she leads programming efforts for foundation staff and trustees and coordinates various partnership initiatives at SECF. Spencer has an MPA from NC State University and a BA from UNC-Chapel Hill.
