As an organizational and human resource development consultant, Dr. Marybeth Saunders has designed and facilitated strategic planning, board development and teambuilding initiatives for corporate, government, education and no-profit organizations since 1982. A prolific writer, Dr. Saunders co-authored the nationally published book, The Teaching Game: A Practical Guide to Mastering Training, and the college text, Management By Experience, as well as numerous journal articles. Active in her community and beyond, Dr. Saunders currently serves as the Past Chair of the Virginia Leadership Board of the American Lung Association as well as on their National Volunteer Development and Volunteerism Strategic Planning Committees.
