Shaleen Rakesh is the Head of Engagement and Partnership at VSO International. He has been working in global development for more than 20 years and has previously worked for the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, FHI 360, Palladium, and UNDP. Rakesh has experience managing large-scale programmes including management of diverse global teams for technical support, capacity building, and policy advocacy.
