Elisa Kosarin, CVA, is a non-profit professional with more than 18 years experience in marketing, development, and volunteer management. She founded her business, Twenty Hats, to provide practical skills-based trainings to volunteer managers who wish to improve their skills with little time and few resources. Kosarin just completed over seven years as Associate Director of Fairfax Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), where she recruited, screened, and trained hundreds of highly-skilled CASA volunteers. While at Fairfax CASA, Kosarin led an initiative to revise the screening process for CASA volunteers to included behavior-based interviewing. Kosarin is a frequent guest contributor to the VolunteerMatch Engaging Volunteers blog and also shares her blog posts and webinars with the AL!VE community.
