Priscilla Jahanian, MSW, is a Supervisor at Fairfax Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). She has spent the last nine years interviewing, training, and supervising highly skilled volunteers who advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children living under the court's protection. Jahanian was instrumental in revising Fairfax CASA's volunteer screening process to include behavior-based interviewing techniques. She has presented on the subject at professional development events for Virginia CASA programs and the Northern Virginia Association for Volunteer Administration, and at the 2015 Engaging for Impact Conference in Alexandria, VA.
