Wanda Lee Bailey is the former Executive Director of Volunteer San Diego, a premiere volunteer intermediary organization that serves as the volunteering resource for over 40,000 people each year in San Diego County by creating a culture of service in the community. For over 20 years, Wanda has worked in the nonprofit sector in a variety of social service agencies. In all of these agencies, Wanda led the development of a culture of commitment to effective engagement of volunteers. Wanda has been on the boards of several local, state, and national professional organizations and is also a graduate of Fieldstone Executive Learning Group.
Wanda has recently re-located to Fort Collins, Colorado and is a partner in a consulting/coaching practice, Strategic Transitions, LLC, a corporation that empowers organizations and individuals to grow through change. Wanda has a B.A. in Social Work and a M.S. in Clinical Counseling.
